Krimptite
Stamped out of the finest quality electrolytic copper, the KRIMPTITE terminal barrel is rolled and the seam is butted. Terminals employ the full barrel length that eliminates costly and time consuming location when crimping. KRIMPTITE is the basic barrel style. Non-insulated and using a one-piece design, it is the most economical style and is ideal for the greatest variety of applications, where special features are not required.

Insulkrimp
INSULKRIMP (Butted Seam) terminals and splices feature a rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation sleeve permanently attached to KRIMPTITE barrel (in #22-10) or brazed-seam VERSAKRIMP (in #22-2). Attaches to wire with one quick crimp. Insulation sleeve prevents vibration damage by not allowing wire flex at point of crimp. Funnel wire entrance into electrical barrel eliminates wire strand "hang-up", increases crimping rates and wire termination reliability*. Operating temperature range: continuous duty from -67°F to 221 °F (-55°C to 105°C).
*Step construction provides ideal locator for proper crimping.

Versakrimp
The VERSAKRIMP barrel style terminals and connectors are the basic KRIMPTITE style with a brazed barrel seam. Bonded with a special silver brazing alloy, this seam cannot possibly open under any conditions of stress or wire pull. The VERSAKRIMP barrel is guaranteed not to split and may be crimped from any direction. It is truly versatile. It can be crimped by many different methods and by many different kinds of tooling. Ideal for both difficult-to-crimp solid wires and for stranded wires.

Avikrimp
AVIKRIMP color coded barrel styles offer the ultimate in high-performance terminal design and construction. Tin-plated brass sleeve strengthens barrel and secures wire to protect against stress and high vibration. Permanently-attached colorcoded Nylon insulating sleeve extends beyond the metal support sleeve. Funnel ferrule wire entrance into electrical barrel eliminates wire strand "hang-up", increases crimping rates and wire termination reliability. Operating Temperature Range: continuous duty from - 67°F to 221 °F
(- 55°C to 105°C).

Nylakrimp
NYLAKRIMP with funnel entry This terminal was designed specifically for larger wire applications when both high temperature and vibration levels are expected. The color coded barrel is formed by affixing a permanent, rigid, color-coded nylon insulating sleeve to the barrel. The insulation has a funnel entrance into the electrical barrel that eliminates wire strand "hang up", increases crimping rates, and enhances wire termination.
Nylakrimp terminals withstand continuous operating temperatures of -67°F to 221 °F (-55°C to 105°C).

Industrial Lugs and Splices
Our Industrial Lugs and Slices are deep drawn from CDA-1 10 electrolytic tough pitch copper stock and then tin plated for corrosion resistance. Combined with seamless barrels and pads, these parts are extra tough and reliable. Features such as Flared Barrel Entry and Inspection Sight Holes are available.
