Description:
Nemco offers three new low profile tantalum chip capacitors including an 0805 (EIA 2012) package for applications where a maximum height of 1.2 millimeters is required to meet the same height as standard integrated circuit packages after mounting. These low profile devices are manufactured to meet specifications consistent with Nemco’s world class reputation. An outstanding choice for PCMCIA applications.

Case size XL is an 0805 size device and is referred to as an EIA size 2012 (LxW millimeters). Case sizes AL and BL have the identical footprint of standard A and B case sizes with a height of 1.2 millimeters.

Higher voltage ratings and/or tighter capacitance tolerance product may be substituted within the same case size at Nemco’s option. Such substitutions will improve operating reliability. Voltage substitutions will be marked with the higher voltage rating.
