Description:

LF-855D Multi-Function SMD Rework/Solder Station. Combing two stations in one, saving space and increasing efficiency. This unit is specially designed for Lead Free Soldering/Desoldering surface mount devices with temperature controlled hot air.

Key Features:

Heater/Sensor Failed Detection: If sensor circuit fails, the heater power is shut down.
Quick Heat Up: High power heating element. Momentary power can reach 600W.
Temperature "Lock-Out" feature: The temperature can be locked with a password code - for production line management.
Temperature Adjustable: For removing QFP, SOP, PLCC or SOJ chips etc., especially built in static free circuit design safety for sensitive elements like CMOS ICs.
Auto Cooling Design: When the power switch is off, the cooling system will begin to work automatically, the temperature falls down to 100°C /212°F to protect the heating element from burning.
Auto Protecting Function: When heating element reaches a high temperature which can be protected automatically - extending the life of the heating element.
Hot Air Function: 600W High power heating element. Temperature adjustable, for removing QFP, SOP,PLCC or SOJ chips, etc. Static Free circuit design - safe for working with CMOs and ICs. Sensor/Pump Failed Detection, Auto-Cooling design. Heating element with Auto-Protection Function
