Spacers
Used for printed circuit board mounting and other applications requiring close control of dimensions, these spacers offer a wide variety of outside dimen.sions and lengths. In addition to stan.dard models, swage configurations are available to accommodate circuit boards with thicknesses from 1/32 to 1/4 inch.

SELECTION
Round and hexagon profiles.
Aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel, nylon, phenolic.
More than 40 metallic finishes.
Lengths from 1/8 to 2 inches.
Diameters from 1/8 to 3/4 inch with clearance holes ranging from 0.064 to 0,505 inch.

Round and Hex Spacers These spacers are available in Aluminum, Brass, Steel, Stainless, Nylon and Phenolic. Outside diameters range from 1/8" to 3/4" and lengths from 1/8" to 2". Hole clearances range from .064" to .505. Also made to metric standards or customized to your specifications.
Round and Hex Swage Spacers
Available in 3/16" and 1/4" diameters, these spacers come in many different materials. Swage shank lengths accommodate board thickness from 1/32" to 1/4". Body lengths from 1/8" to 1" with Hold ID's from .090 to .150. Installation tools are available. Metric standards available. Custom designed parts to your specifications are also available.
Circuit Board Spacers
Quick and easy insertion and removal - without tools. These plastic circuit board spacers eliminate the need for nuts, bolts and washers. Available in over 100 configurations including machine insertable configurations. Minimal protrusion for tighter board to chassis clearance. Both locking and non-locking versions are available.
