Standoffs
The basic standard for PCB mounting, female standoffs are available in round, hex, and square styles with regular or swaged ends. Swages include plain and knurled shanks, and front, back, or front and back faced knuris. Male-female models come in round and hex profiles. A male-male standoff also is offered.

Round, Hex and Square Female Standoffs These standoffs come in Aluminum, Brass, Steel, Stainless, Nylon and Phenolic in lengths ranging from 1/8" to 10". Diameters from 1/8" to 5/8" with internal threads from 0-80 to 7/16-14 can be supplied. Also custom designed to your specification available. Made to metric standards as well as Amercian standards.
Round and Hex Swage Female Standoffs Available in lengths from 1/8" to 2" and diameters of 1/8" to 3/8", these standoffs can be used with PC boards from 1/32" to 1/4" thick. These spacers are also available in Swage Tite configuration to prevent over-torqueing. Internal thread sizes from 0-80 to 10-32. Installation tools also available. Made in a variety of materials in either Amercian standard or metric. Parts can be custom designed to your specification.
Round and Hex Male-Female Standoffs Materials for these standoffs include Aluminum, Brass, Steel, Stainless and Nylon. Lengths range from 3/16" to 8", diameters 3/16" to 1/2". Thread sizes available are 2-56 to 5/16-18. Can be customized to your specification or to metric standards.
Partial and Full Knurled Swage Standoffs These standoffs are available in Aluminum, Brass, Steel and Stainless. Lengths from 1/8" to 2". Diameters from 3/16" to 3/8". They also come in Front Face Knurl, Back Face and Double Face Knurl configurations. Thread sizes are available from 2-56 to 10-32. Installation tools also available. Made to metric standards or customized to your specifications.
